I am Lisa of Lis and Lis... Melissa is the other Lis of our boutique. We are crafty designers of fashion, home decor, paper crafting, word art, culinary arts, mixed media and music themed creations. First and foremost we are Christians and participate in missionary work in our community, especially among the elder citizens. Singing at nursing homes, visiting with elderly neighbors, church work, etc. Lisa teaches music lessons from her home studio - teaching the hymns and songs of zion on piano, guitar, dulcimer, voice. Melissa is great at sketching, painting, watercolors, etc. Both have won numerous ribbons from State Fairs over the past decade or more. We love to create, invent, refurbish, upcycle, recycle and explore endless possibilities of making things out of nothing. God is our inspiration and to Him be the glory and praise. We are a mother/daughter team. Melissa has done Missionary work in Belize and also has been a caregiver to her great grandmother. Lisa has been a missionary among the elderly for many years and is currently contemplating becoming a Chaplain/Advocate for the elder generation. The hardest part about having our etsy shop is taking quality photos, and creating an interesting and acurate listing and knowing how much to price the items to keep it realistic and yet not cheat ourselves either. It has always been a dream of Lisa's to have a boutique. We have had our etsy shop now for several years but have not kept it maintained and well stocked. We hope to change that in the near future and make it a site that will be well liked and produce many sells and satisfied customers. Etsy is the shop that features our handmade creations and concoctions. Ebay is our sister store (PenTEENcostal Fashion and Design) which is our used finds or items that we did not handmake or refurbish. PFAD as I call it for short, is owned and operated by Lisa and her three daughters, Melissa (of LisandLis), Marisa and Melanie.
