Holy Week

Today I went to Holy Week service at noon and I met me a new friend.  We were going into the church about the same time and she asked if she could sit with me.  She was very nice.
Love and Truth were the host church today, of course I didn't know who it would be when I got there.   It was Nikki Thomason's grandmother who played the opening hymn and she played so beautifully.  Bro. Larkin's preached "Who does Jesus think He is"  and he used all kinds of scripture about Jesus being a teacher, a healer, God, water, life, the Word, etc...  in short the answer to "Who does Jesus think He is, is everything"  He is everything we can think of and so much more.  It was a very good message.  I didn't stay for the meal, but I am sure it would have been delicious.  I may get to go some other days this week, but I know I can't go tomorrow.  I like doing things in the community getting to know my neighbors and see what people God might have for me to minister to and be friends with. 

Thank God for His love and mercy and for allowing me to have another day.
