God has given me a great love for the elderly and I never cease to be amazed by their many incredible stories of how God has helped them through so much adversity in their lives. they have been through abuse, poverty, sicknesses and yet they give God the praise for each and every day. I am honored to be able to spend time with them each week and to be able to do little odd jobs for them. I am so thrilled to know that Clara has got the Holy Ghost in her home and believe that God is going to baptize her with it. Ms. Tollerson called me yesterday to see if I would take her to see her daughter Melody at the group home, we were getting ready to go sing at the nursing home when she called and so she came with us first and then we went to Melody's. After we finished there Marilyn wanted us to take her to sonic during happy hour (half price drinks) and she would buy us one as well. So we did this. As we were taking her back to southern oaks she told us she would leave the cup in the car and let us dispose of it as they really didn't like for her to have caffine. i said "ms, marilyn, you tricked us... you weren't supposed to have that coke... and she just laughed. well she can only play that trick on us once as now we know. lol... silly willy. they are so precious.
Thank God for His love and mercy and for allowing me to have another day.
